Seated Tai chi - 10 Minutes a Day


This is a great video to follow and exercise along with, led by David-Dorian Ross. It's called Tai chi for Seniors but it's good for anyone that can't perform standing tai chi OR for anyone that wants to add tai chi to their day in a simple, flowing, meditative way, with a hint of Qigong. A park or your garden is a great location to practice this tai chi while sitting on a bench and enjoying nature.
